Delivery

Our candles are hand-poured to order. That takes a little longer than buying off a shelf, and it means yours is made fresh for you.

Where we deliver

United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, and the Channel Islands where our carrier delivers. We cannot currently ship outside the UK.

How long it takes

• Making and dispatch: about 1-2 weeks from your order. Busy periods such as Christmas can take longer, and we will say so on the site.
• Courier time: tracked delivery usually takes a few working days after dispatch.

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. If anything is delayed, we will tell you.

Delivery cost

Free. The £30 price of each candle includes tracked UK delivery. For subscriptions, delivery is included in the £25 monthly price.

Subscriptions

Your first subscription candle is dispatched in about 1-2 weeks. After that, one candle is sent each month, billed monthly. Seasonal scents go to subscribers first.

Something wrong with your delivery?

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive, email sovereignflamecandles@gmail.com with your order details and we will put it right. See our returns and refunds policy.
